A Better Way to Improve Patient-Provider Relationships & Outcomes White Paper
As healthcare provider organizations have become larger,
more digital and increasingly focused on efficiency,
healthcare experiences have become fragmented,
transactional, and less engaged for both patients and care
providers. As a result, the relationships that enrich and
sustain patient engagement and prevent care provider
burnout, have often steadily diminished.
Building on the findings of 10 separate research studies with six provider organizations, and feedback from over 1.3 million patients across a wide range of care settings, our Collaborative has identified A Better Way to Improve Patient Experiences & Outcomes. Eight key findings from this extensive research are summarized in this white paper, along with key implications for healthcare provider organizations.
